Mike works as a Senior Paralegal with Clouthier Law. He is a dedicated professional with a diverse background spanning sports, academia, law, and family life. Originally from Gainesville, Florida, he began his academic journey at Clemson University before graduating from the College of Charleston with a degree in Political Science. Following college, he pursued a career in professional baseball in Missouri for two years before transitioning into coaching at the collegiate level, culminating with a tenure at the University of Northern Colorado.

Seeking new challenges, he earned a paralegal certificate from Aurora Community College and subsequently spent 15 years working at bankruptcy law firms in Colorado. Upon relocating to Texas, he broadened his legal experience at several litigation firms before finding his niche at Clouthier Law, where he developed a passion for appellate work. At Clouthier Law, Mike’s focus is on supporting attorneys in assisting clients with Writs of Habeas Corpus and civil appeals. He has been with the firm since 2021.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He cherishes their time together on the lake, making the most of Texas’s scenic landscapes. Mike also enjoys attending his children’s sporting events.
