Charlotte Nall works as Senior Counsel for Clouthier Law, PLLC. Charlotte enjoys preparing appellate briefs by crafting intellectual, yet easy-to-follow arguments to zealously represent her clients in the courts of appeals. Her unique set of skills allows her to easily pinpoint the most successful arguments from any set of facts and artistically present them on appeal. She provides her clients with smart, sensible guidance to preserve error at the trial level and thorough, passionate representation at all stages of their appeals.

Charlotte has experience in appellate law, commercial litigation, child welfare law, and probate, trust, and guardianship litigation. Throughout her career, she has represented clients in a wide variety of complex matters before state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Additionally, Charlotte’s prior position as a law clerk to Justice Phil Johnson at the Supreme Court of Texas has given her valuable insight into the workings of the appellate court system. She is a recipient of the “Rising Star” award by Texas Super Lawyers, which represents the top 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40 in the State of Texas. Her knowledge and experience enable her to assist clients in tackling any appeal.

Charlotte graduated Valedictorian from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2012, where she earned recognition on the Dean’s List and also graduated Order of the Coif. During law school, she was Child Advocacy Clinic Chief Counsel, Assistant Managing Editor for the International Law Review Association, Angel Tree Coordinator for Christian Legal Society, and a LexisNexis Associate. She served as an intern to both United States District Judge Gray Miller, Southern District of Texas and United States Bankruptcy Judge Jeff Bohm, Southern District of Texas.

Charlotte enjoys spending time with her husband and four young children. She has worked as a certified personal trainer and has a passion for fitness and dance. In her spare time, she likes to serve at her local church and elementary school.
